POSITION SUMMARY:
The EU Operations Program Lead Leadership Team Administration is a trusted counsel strategic partner and acts a key advisor to our Leadership Team One Team in Europe In Europe EU Operations Program Lead play a pivotal role in driving global departmental success with an increased focus towards Europe Newbuild operational strategies Coordinating EU Leadership calendars to securing directing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational tactical departmental needs to be part of the overall coordination is organizational prowess will be crucial Employee is detail-oriented self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to prioritize projects offer strategic insights and foster collaboration across our global team Key aspects is to own and understand strategic Leadership culture proactive attitude and project-oriented mindset to the forefront of innovation in our industry
ADDITIONAL KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external executives peers vendors media employees etc
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in dealing with issues of business & personal nature
- Ability to work effectively under pressure & manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of budget administration cost containment and basic financial principles
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
- Exceptional expert level grammar organizational and communication skills
Advanced skills in providing administrative and secretarial support to executives
- Ability to work under autonomously to complete tasks and responsibilitiesProject management experience in planning overseeing implementing strategic initiatives project coordination budget management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 – 15 years of strategic experience performing advanced and high level of administrative support to senior executive level positions in medium to large corporationsBachelor’s degree required MBA or similar preferred
- Experience in managing a complex work environment and driving cross-functional alignment across all levels of an organization
