Description:
Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert for EUC technologies, including MDM, Windows 11 and Apple devices.
- Provide both onsite and remote 3rd line support for end-users
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Management and closure of incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system, owning through to resolution.
- Owner of problem management actions, root cause analysis, known error documentation and associated investigations and resolution.
- Producing high quality documentation for use by 2nd line and 1st line engineers and end users.
- Ensure that changes are made in accordance to change management guidelines and policies.
- Providing support to projects as required to support the deployment of new technologies.
