EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in Asset Management and Fund administration Industry (Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting and depositary Bank)
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar (MBA is welcome)
- Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Good knowledge in KYC/AML regulations with a good analytics skills
- Good knowledge of Asset Management and Fund administration industry
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of investment products, philosophy and processes
- English advanced, Italian intermediate Knowledge. French is a nice to have.

Responsibilities:
SCOPE AND PURPOSE
Part of the Sales and Client Management Team, the Client Management Senior Officer supports the Head of the unit and contributes in the day to day activity providing and/or identifying answers and/or best solutions to the day to day queries received by internal and external clients.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Follow up and transaction reconciliation between orders placed by the clients and orders booked by the Transfer agent, dormant accounts and Nil Balance monitoring
- Main point of contact in escalation process between the internal and/or external clients and the Transfer agent, especially for operational issues raised
- Transaction monitoring on daily basis in order to inform sales forces about important investments or redemptions and rely to the impacted client to collect the necessary information about the reasons in case of one of the both flows
- Involved in the reputational screening process of each new relationship for Institutional business and/or retail distribution. Screening and business plan analysis on the Onboarding counterparts’ process and/or in the ongoing process of the relationship
- Day to day queries follow up, management, solution proposal and closure (with internal and/or external client satisfaction)
- Involved in the management and follow up of the account opening maintenance performed by the Transfer Agent
