Description:
This role is part of the Europe Strategy network and belonging to Growth Strategy team that is focus to orchestrate the localization of Strategy (How to Win in Europe), ensuring the OU organization wiring is aligned towards a common growth agenda.
The Strategy Manager role will be acting as “in house” strategic consultant, structuring and leading ad-hoc cross-functional analysis and / or projects and partnering with diverse functions and organization levels. This will require the following:

Responsibilities:
- Opportunities identification: Partner Portfolio Strategy role and rest of strategy team to prioritize initiatives, in sync with global strategy and Europe ambition.
- How to Win: leverage the network and cross-functional approach to define executable bundles and compelling strategies initiatives.
- Leading / supporting x-functional projects: develop the analysis, connecting the dots and though leadership in collaboration with multifunctional teams.
- Support the orchestration of strategy definition across the System with Bottlers and all relevant functions. Coordinate OU necessary routines to orchestrate the strategy
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or behavioral science
Desirable Post graduate qualification
Essential experience: 10+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas
