Description:

Join Daiichi Sankyo Europe as Scrum Master and shape the future of a data-driven organisation. You guide the Advanced Analytics team to help stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure customer centricity in everything we do. You lead workshops for product and functional teams, as well as our management and key stakeholders. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organisation, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

PERSONAL SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in information systems, business administration or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Certification of Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
  • Experience, not limited to software development teams, but also with business team (Kanban focus)
  • Ability to showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
  • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical ability for effective collaboration with the technical team
  • Courage and pragmatism in order to identify and help resolving impediments
  • Advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
  • Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization and product teams
  • Champion the use of metrics and track objective measures to help teams deliver high-quality product/solutions on time
  • Support teams in determining the resource allocation to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Keep an objective perspective on issues and troubleshoots by applying agile principles
  • Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down
