About the Job:
The Global Display Ops team at Bose consists of detail-oriented, proactive professionals who strive to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes across Europe. We collaborate with team members and partners dedicated to operational excellence. We are looking for a dynamic European Field Operations Professional Intern with an interest in operations and project management.
As the European Field Operations Professional Intern, you will assist the European Operations Specialist in managing display orders, consolidating orders in Excel, communicating shipment details, and coordinating with teams. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the European Operations Specialist in capturing orders for displays from all EU country representatives.
  • Consolidate and manage orders using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
  • Communicate display shipment and delivery updates to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the service team to track spare parts needs and order from suppliers.
  • Utilize Excel to manipulate and merge data with pivot tables for effective data management.
  • Work independently, demonstrating confidence and initiative in executing tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong ability to use Excel, including pivot tables, for data consolidation and analysis.
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Outgoing and confident, with the ability to work independently once directions are given.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data and communication.
