Job Description

As an Associate in the R&D stream of our two-year European Graduate Program, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams to drive innovation in specialty materials, coatings, and adhesive technologies. You’ll have the chance to explore your technical passions while gaining a broader understanding of how R&D interacts with other key functions like Operations and Marketing. This well-rounded experience will empower you to accelerate your career and become a future leader in innovation.

Your tasks may include activities such as:

  • Work on the development & design of new products that will shape the future
  • Expanding your technical knowledge by supporting, leading, and managing R&D projects
  • Development of new sustainable and innovative solutions for a better tomorrow
  • Collaborating with other functions like Operations or Marketing to gain a well-rounded understanding of product development and its impact on business

Qualifications
We are looking for creative and collaborative problem-solvers who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact and contribute their unique strengths and ideas to our team.

What we also expect you to have:

  • University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Science / Engineering field like Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering etc.
  • Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in an international manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to relocate for different projects and assignments across Europe during the program
