We are seeking a Head of Learning and Development to coordinate and drive a consistent L&D agenda, ensuring alignment with global strategies and leveraging local initiatives to enhance efficiency and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate L&D initiatives across four European markets, ensuring alignment with global L&D strategies while tailoring programs to local needs,
- Identify and promote synergies between markets to share and scale best practices,
- Drive consistency in L&D programs while allowing for necessary local adjustments to reflect cultural or legal differences,
- Leverage existing local resources and success stories to maximize the impact of L&D efforts across the division,
- Lead the integration of digital learning platforms and ensure the efficient deployment of learning solutions across all markets,
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with strategic business needs,
- Manage the divisional L&D budget, optimizing resources and vendor relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: University degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field,
- Experience: 7-10 years of L&D experience, with 2-3 years in a regional or multi-market role,
- Proven success in driving consistency in L&D programs across multiple markets,
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies,
- Proficiency with LMS and e-learning platforms,
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively across different countries,
- Fluency in English is required.
