Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic, multi-country environment? We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team and collaborate with senior leadership across four European markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape and implement HR strategies that drive business performance while respecting local nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with market leaders and HR teams to develop HR strategies aligned with both local and European-wide goals.
- Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and harmonizing policies.
- Lead cross-border HR projects, such as shared recruitment strategies, harmonized compensation, and employee engagement.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Foster collaboration between HR teams and business leaders across different countries to optimize processes and promote knowledge-sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: University degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in a regional or multi-market role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a multi-country context.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management frameworks.
- Expertise in change management and organizational development.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to navigate diverse teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
