You’ll develop standardized EU-level business processes, considering local variances and legal requirements. Key tasks include creating process maps, conducting workshops, and assessing the impact of changes on short- and long-term business operations. You’ll establish a Target Operating Model, ensure processes meet business needs using Lean/Six Sigma, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams. Additionally, you’ll mentor local teams, ensure compliance with standards, and manage any process governance gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a project team across EU markets to standardize and optimize sales and service processes for better business results.
- Conduct process analyses, design new processes, and evaluate fit-gap for improvements.
- Ensure all customer-relevant sales processes align with the Target Operating Model (E2E model) using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities by assessing change impacts with key stakeholders.
- Measure and monitor customer-relevant processes to ensure performance and apply appropriate KPI metrics.
- Collaborate with Change Management Teams and Project Management Office to implement global processes and remove barriers.
- Introduce process innovations to drive performance, profitability, and business objective achievement.
Our Requirements:
- Proven experience in process design and optimization, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Strong understanding of EU markets and local business variations.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills, especially in multinational environments.
- Ability to conduct detailed process analyses and produce impactful process improvement proposals.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with end-to-end process governance and KPI metrics application.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of running workshops and delivering solutions.
