THE ROLE
At Circle K, we work hard to make things easy. Working within an industry ripe for technological innovation, our digital product team is tasked with ushering in new technologies to support the reliability, speed, and ease that millions of our customers depend on every day.
As a Product Manager, you will thoughtfully guide products from concept to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You’ll own the reimagining of our EXTRA loyalty program across Europe, breaking down complex problems into the experiential building blocks of massively scalable features. As one of the first hires to our EU loyalty product team, you will guide the evolution of our technical product development and deployment process, holding ownership across the product development cycle, from agile ceremonies with developers to roadmap reviews with senior leaders.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Thoughtfully serve as a customer experience champion and a technology strategist to define the next generation of the EXTRA loyalty program and accompanying data-driven retention strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with strategy, UX design, technical architecture, and engineering teams to write detailed front-end and back-end feature requirements, working with business unit leaders to communicate the value of the next generation loyalty program.
- Work closely with the Director of Loyalty Technology and technical consulting partners to continuously prioritize development & optimize the software development lifecycle, ensuring the future program can scale efficiently across our European business.
- Communicate timelines and guide expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholder teams, documenting key design decisions, and directing UAT testing activities, and coordinating feature releases.
- Lead SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Loyalty Analytics team to define, measure, and report on the key performance indicators of feature performance, customer experience impact, and business value.
- Define how our marketing teams will use a new suite of CDP & journey orchestration tools in their CRM retention efforts, then develop training for these teams to learn the new tools.
