Are you ready to lead a dynamic team that supports the European RRSP and coordinates the flow of materials to GE Aerospace? If you have a passion for planning, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service, we want to hear from you! This role is based onsite at an RRSP location in France or Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities:
As the Materials Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and support the European RRSP accounts, including ITP Aero, MTU Aero Engines, Safran Aero Boosters, and GKN Aerospace.
- Hire, coach, and train a team of Materials Leaders and Fulfillment Specialists across Europe.
- Foster personal and professional growth within your team to maximize their potential.
- Build a pipeline to ensure steady support to the company and its RRSPs.
- Strengthen relationships with existing RRSPs in Europe.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Program Management, Global Fulfillment, RRSP Planning, Assembly Shop, Quality, and Sourcing.
- Serve as an ambassador at RRSP sites, fostering trust and collaboration between teams and driving operating rhythm with key stakeholders.
- Partner with Planning and International Teams to develop tailored strategies for each RRSP, ensuring alignment on delivery and business priorities.
- Standardize processes to ensure proper handling of RRSP Inventory Assets at GE consignment warehouses.
- Identify, manage, and resolve material delivery risks.
- Drive the recovery of delinquent parts to support internal and external customers.
- Analyze KPIs to provide actionable recommendations and meet business targets.
- Manage the recovery of critical parts by monitoring WIP, prioritizing the disposition of case records, and escalating potential shortages.
