POSITION OVERVIEW
The EV Infrastructure Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of selecting and maintaining relationships with partners for the installation of EV chargers, including but not exclusively chargers suppliers, installation and engineering service providers or charging branding and design agencies. This role will have a significant impact on our business operations in three key markets: Portugal, Spain, and Poland. The candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the installation supply chain processes are optimized and aligned with the company’s objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, partner management, project management or installation coordination in the EV, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
- Matrix Structure Experience: Comfortable working within a matrix organization and managing multi-country projects.
- Multinational Exposure: Experience working across different countries
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing beneficial terms and managing frame agreements.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex installations and procurement processes across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Selection & Management: Identify, evaluate, and select partners for EV charger installation and equipment procurement. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Frame Agreements: Negotiate and manage long-term agreements with partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Supply Chain: Manage the supply chain end-to-end process, ensuring that required materials, equipment or services are provided and executed at the right time, place at the most efficient cost
- Project Oversight: Monitor the performance of installation partners, ensuring that they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards across the different regions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work within a matrix organization and coordinate with local and international teams in Portugal, Spain, and Poland to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all installation and procurement activities comply with local regulations and company standards, mitigating any operational risks.
- Reporting & KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance, project progress, and cost management.
