AS EVALUATION ADVISOR YOU WILL HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE INDEPENDENTLY COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING:

  • Building and executing project plans using evidence-based methods for developing evaluation projects.
  • Developing performance measures, evaluation tools, and data repositories
  • Using a broad range of data collection techniques, tailoring them as necessary to the evaluation’s needs.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data using rigorous qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods.
  • Creating clear and concise reports, briefings and presentations.
  • Building relationships with diverse groups of technical and business professionals to produce successful evaluations.

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

If you are a seasoned evaluation professional with a love of using data and research to provide robust assessments of policy and programs to senior leadership, this may be the role for you.
Reporting to the Manager, Evaluation and Finance, as the Evaluation Advisor you will be the operational focal point for implementation of multiple initiatives across Traffic Safety Services Division (division) programs and services to evaluate and report on legislation, regulations, policy, programs, initiatives and contractual agreements.

AS THE EVALUATION ADVISOR YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Develop a strategic three-year evaluation framework for the division, taking into consideration the division’s major projects and policy work.
  • Develop robust evaluation plans for a number of in-flight departmental initiatives and lead these evaluation projects.
  • Help build evaluation capacity across the division to ensure evaluation is included as a consideration in all projects the division undertakes.
