Rangeland RV is Western Canadas #1 Forest River Dealer, offering a wide range of travel trailers, fifth wheels, tent trailers and motorhomes. As an Administrative Secretary, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, directing visitors, answering calls professionally, and handling various administrative tasks including some accounting responsibilities.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Customer service, visitor direction, and professional call handling
- Handling payables, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors
- Sorting and distributing mail, preparing courier packs, and managing staff functions
- Administrative duties, including letters, emails, and data management
- Inventory control and ensuring proper paperwork completion
- Following up with prospective customers and maintaining customer information
- Interfacing with GM and managing confidential documentation
- Project management and assisting in accounting and service departments
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
- Watering plants, ordering office supplies, and supporting the part-time receptionist
- Upholding 100% customer service and prioritizing Rangeland RV’s interests

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
