Niakwa Country Club is seeking an experienced Dining room evening supervisor to lead our team of servers and bartenders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hospitality professional with a strong desire for career/skills development.
  • Smart choices certificate (required)
  • Previous serving, bartending, and supervising experience of 1 year required
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems required.
  • Knowledge of Jonas Club Management System is an asset.
  • Previous country club experience an asset.
  • Experience in an upscale casual dining setup is required.
  • Experience in a luxury dining setup is an asset.
  • Detail oriented; ensure standards are met.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends, including occasional holidays.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well in a team focused environment.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations.

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred

Experience:

  • Restaurant/Lounge: 2 years (preferred)
  • Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality: 2 years (preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • On/Off-the-floor supervision and mentorship of our service team.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the members and their guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all dining spaces to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with banquets and events as required.
  • Working directly with the Food and Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager on other duties as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all team members.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
