Responsibilities:
- Assist Event Manager with vendor research (venues, musicians, photographer, florists, production services, AV needs, etc.)
- Tracking, receiving, organizing, and storing all orders for events and PR Salon (i.e. votives, candles, containers, décor, materials, supplies)
- Updating event overview decks weekly with new progress and confirmations
- Assist event and VIP invoicing process by submitting vendor account applications and processing CC transactions.
- Schedule meetings for Event and VIP manager with outside vendors and clients
- Booking shipments and messengers for deliveries.
- Assist with creating and VIP and Event reports in a timely manner
- Submit new talent reports monthly to VIP manager
- Assist in booking VIP travel and glam (i.e. cars, planes, hotels, dinner reservations, glam)
- Assist with the execution of VIP room-drops
- Tracking inbound VIP requests
- Assisting with VIP Sample trafficking (i.e. handling all pulling, building fully-loadeds, packing, booking messengers and shipping of product for VIP or event needs, last minute product pulls)
- Support team with cabinet and PR Salon sample organization
- Update contact databases weekly

Position location: New York City
Start date: August 19 (or as soon as possible)
End date: November 11 (or three months from start date)
