Description:
Established in 2019, Reuben College is located at the heart of Oxford, adjacent to the Museum of Natural History, within a beautifully refurbished historic building. We are seeking an experienced Event AV & IT Support Specialist to join our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of audio-visual systems during college and external events.

Responsibilities:
As an Event AV & IT Support Specialist, you will coordinate with the college IT and Events teams to prepare for various events, including seminars, workshops, conferences, recorded presentations, and student events. Your presence during these events will be essential, as you will assist presenters and organizers with AV equipment, manage microphone levels and camera layouts, and ensure smooth screen sharing. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing simple troubleshooting solutions, recording events using the Panopto system, and regularly checking and maintaining AV equipment. You will also support less experienced staff by offering training and guidance.
