All Occasions Event Rental provides rented event equipment and related services for a variety of types of events, in the Cincinnati and Louisville markets. Our Customer Service Representatives/Event Consultants assist our prestigious clientele to select and reserve items to make their events come to life. This full time position is based out of our Cincinnati headquarters, and has a starting salary range of $22-24 per hour, plus benefits such as 401k with company match, paid time off, and a stable team environment. Full training, as well as growth and development opportunities such as CERP certification and advancement, are provided for candidates who show a passion for customer service and a keen eye for details.
We will provide for our Event Consultants:

Our Event Consultants will be responsible to:
- Educate clients about company rental processes
- Solve issues for customers as they occur, whether related to their order or otherwise
- Provide, discuss, and revise a proposal using rental software in a timely manner
- Up-sell products, goods and services, where appropriate
- Create CAD drawings using PartyCAD
- Update seasonal showroom displays
- Stay current on event and design trends
- Participate in industry education
- Network with other industry professionals
Our Event Consultants are required to:
- Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication abilities
- Possess excellent organizational skills and follow up
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, public relations, sales, meeting/event planning, or a related field
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
