JOB DESCRIPTION

- Position Title: Event Coordinator
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 Days per week, Flexible depends on event (Office Hours is 9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Work together with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements.
- Planning and overseeing events, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinating logistics matters with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, including catering, transportation, and audio-visual arrangements.
- Supervising venue selection, reservation, and preparation.
- Handling event registrations, guest lists, and communication with attendees.
- Ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and insurance regulations.
- Resolving issues that arise during events and making immediate decisions.
- Conducting post-event reviews to collect feedback and facilitate ongoing improvement.
