Job Description

• Manage event planning, design, and production of internal events
• Assist in organizing logistics details of external events
• Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshooting on the event day
• Assist with pre and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate students from any relevant major.
• Has a passion for event organizing, creative, and is eager in developing interesting events for employees.
• People person who can work in teams and deal with other external stakeholders
• Familiar with interactive gaming/quiz tools
• Familiar with OBS would be a plus point.
• Excellent time management
