We have an opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join us at Honeywell in Rolle, where you will take the lead in organizing, managing, and coordinating key logistics for our EMEA Demonstrator vehicle campaign across the EMEA region. This role also involves orchestrating impactful business meetings, town halls, and special events, creating memorable and seamless experiences for our teams and stakeholders.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor´s degree, Master´s or related studies in Event planning , Hotel Management and or Tourism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working within established policies and procedures in a multinational organization.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with the agility to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in handling logistics and supplier management for large-scale events.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage logistics for the PMC EMEA Demonstrator vehicle campaign across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless execution of each event.
- Organize and oversee periodic business meetings, town halls, and special events, including monthly, quarterly, and annual gatherings.
- Handle logistics, amenities, and accommodation details for all events, including supplier negotiations to ensure high-quality experiences.
- Support the Business Development team in organizing promotional campaigns, coordinating rewards and recognitions.
- Efficiently manage purchase orders and all financial aspects related to events and promotional campaigns.
