Description:

We are looking for an Event Coordinator based in New York, New York, United States, to join our team. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry. The Event Coordinator will be tasked with managing and coordinating events, as well as handling related responsibilities such as budget processes and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet objectives.
  • Handle the budget processes for events, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated budget.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Use ADP - Financial Services to manage and process financial related tasks.
  • Implement the use of BeOS and Chef software in the execution of tasks.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Crystal Reports to provide insights and make informed decisions.
  • Manage calendars effectively to ensure all events are scheduled and executed on time.
  • Oversee catering services for events, ensuring all dietary needs and preferences are catered for.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Utilize security information and event management skills to ensure the safety and security of all event attendees.
  • Use Marketo for effective marketing automation during event planning and execution.
  • Coordinate all aspects of events, from the planning stage to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services
  • Familiarity with BeOS operating system
  • Experience with Chef automation platform
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports
  • Ability to use About Time software
  • Understanding of budget processes
  • Strong skills in calendar management
  • Experience in catering management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in event management
  • Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management
  • Proficiency in using Marketo software
  • Experience in coordinating events.
