Hi there! We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a Event Coordinator!
Overview:
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator for a multi-location event to support Ukrainian businesswomen in growing their online businesses. The event will be held in Warsaw, Krakow, and Bucharest, with each location hosting a 3-day program. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics, managing on-site operations, and overseeing event execution from setup to closure. Candidates should be local to any of the event locations or available to travel.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in both English and Ukrainian is required.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably for business-related events.

• Location: Ideally, candidates should be local to Warsaw, Krakow, or Bucharest. However, we are open to applicants who are willing to travel (travel and accommodation costs will be covered).Availability: Must be available for all event dates, including setup and teardown.Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.

• Compensation:
  This position is expected to be billed on an hourly basis. Rates will depend on experience and location
