Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team orientated individuals to join Sword Security’s Event Customer Care Team! The 2024 winter holiday seasons is going to quite busy with a number of high profile music and sporting events taking place in Dublin. Sword are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including, Dublin, London, Cardiff and Toronto. We are looking for a part-time Event Customer Care to join our growing team in Dublin. We are a passionate bunch and look forward to finding the right person to join our expanding team!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Proven experience in a customer care or steward role is preferred.
  • A positive and energetic approach to your job.
  • Must be willing to work as part of the team.
  • Ability to be on your feet for an extended period.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to smile!
    Salary: €13.00 per hour & Sunday Premium
