Our campus has recently expanded with several new multi-level facilities being built. We are looking to fill the key role of an Event Enrichment and Set up assistant on our Community Life team.
We are looking for a qualified individual that is able to work with various resident groups, our Community Life team and other departments, coordinating, collaborating with others, and following through on all aspects of event coordination and room set-ups including AV systems.
To be qualified for this role you must have a HS diploma or equivalent, at least two years in event coordinator and set up or relevant work experience and an interest in working with older adults is preferred. Basic office work experience is preferred, education and or other relevant experience may substitute.
Starting wage: $19.57 - $21.08/hr DOE
Shift: Regular weekly schedule with flexibility required for events set-up; works a schedule that meets the needs of residents and the community, which may involve working evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
