Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate event sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Flexibility to travel as required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in the events industry with a deep understanding of event management processes.
- Established network of contacts within the corporate events sector.Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new corporate clients.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitch our event management services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential clients.
