REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in automotive experiential marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and imaginative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in organizing and executing events.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
    Location: Th is role is categorized as remote. This means the successful candidate may be based anywhere in UK and is not expected to report to a GM worksite unless directed by their manager.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Experiential Marketing team, leading the expansion of Cadillac’s brand presence in the UK. You will be passionate about building relationships, networking, and collaborating with local communities and key stakeholders to achieve Cadillac’s commercial objectives. This role will focus on creating engaging experiences, events, activations, and partnerships that drive brand consideration, lead collection, and test drive bookings.
