Job Description
Visa is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Event Marketing Manager with a strong background in producing both small and large-scale events. This role sits in Visa’s Acceptance Solutions business unit, a global B2B payment acceptance platform.
As a key contributor to our global events team, you will create engaging experiences that uphold Visa’s brand reputation, drive awareness for our acceptance and risk solutions, delight our clients and partners, and generate meaningful impact for the Acceptance Solutions business. You will work closely with peers in marketing and cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and leadership to align event experiences with our global event strategy and regional business objectives.
Given the significant changes in the events industry over the past four years, adaptability and agility are crucial. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event execution, ensuring seamless experiences while optimizing strategies to maximize business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to begin working on currently planned events and contribute fresh ideas to support future, innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute hosted events, third-party trade show activations, and webinars, including planning, budget, speaker preparation, internal and external communications, and post-event reporting
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to deliver engaging experiences
  • Manage event tech platform for webinars, including setup, production, and reporting
  • Create event marketing/promotional content to drive event objectives
  • Ensure events are executed on time, within allocated budget, and in alignment with Visa’s business and reputational goals
  • Contribute to global event calendars, asset repositories, and project management tools to enhance visibility across teams
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly event channel readouts, reporting, and retrospectives

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in event strategy, production, marketing, lead generation, KPIs, and

reporting, preferably in B2B with webinar and/or video production experience

  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior executives
  • Ability to distill complex information and tailor it for audience
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
