What you will do
In this role, you will join a team of skilled colleagues and support both pre-production and produced vehicles, ensuring they are always in top condition. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, such as Marketing, Logistics och the Project team, to ensure seamless vehicle support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

General mechanical skills and certification or training in automotive mechanics, engineering, or a related field.
Strong skills in car detailing and a meticulous eye for detail.
Proven experience in fault-tracing and diagnostics.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and operation instructions.
High Voltage training and experience with electrical systems.
Proficiency in tire replacement, wheel balancing, and alignment.
Excellent written and spoken English.
A valid driver’s license is required; a BE-license is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all pre-production and serially produced vehicles are fully functional, in excellent condition, and up-to-date.
Provide technical support for all company activities, whether in the Uptime Concept Workshop or at external events. This includes fault tracing, executing repairs, detailing, and performing updates, including High Voltage work.
Conduct Pre-Delivery Services (PDS) on new vehicles prior to delivery.
Collaborate with Car Event Coordinators and travel as needed to provide on-site vehicle support around the world.
Manage car projects from a technical standpoint, liaising with other departments, partners, and suppliers to ensure service deliverables are met.
Take initiative to gather necessary information and make swift decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement, optimization, and sharing best practices within your area.
