Description:
Event Meet & Greet Staff - Milton Keynes & Surrounding Areas
We are looking for friendly, welcoming, and reliable individuals to join our events team as Meet & Greet Staff for our estate planning seminars. Our events are held at various hotels in Milton Keynes and within an hour’s drive, welcoming middle-aged and older consumers seeking professional guidance on wills, trusts, inheritance tax, and other estate planning matters.

- Date: 13 February 2025
- Location: Milton Keynes
Role Overview:
- Welcome and register guests as they arrive.
- Log attendance, note enquiries, and book consultant appointments using an iPad.
- Assist guests in leaving reviews on Facebook, Google, and our website using their own phones.
- Collect feedback forms and hand out a chocolate bar in return.
- Distribute boxes of sweets to guests who have left a review and shown it to you.
- Help direct attendees during the 15-minute refreshments break, which occurs 45 minutes after the session starts.
Event Details:
- Sessions run at 10 am, 2 pm, and 7 pm.
- Guests arrive and depart within a 45-minute window before and after each session.
- A 15-minute refreshments break occurs 45 minutes into each session.
- Events take place at hotels in Milton Keynes and locations within an hour’s drive, so reliable transport is essential.
- Expected commitment: 1 or 2 days per month.
Requirements:
- Smartly presented, professional, and approachable.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Confident using an iPad for guest registration and bookings.
- Comfortable assisting guests with leaving online reviews.
- Own reliable transport to travel to event venues.
- Comfortable interacting with middle-aged and older attendees.
Contract Options:
- Zero-hours contract (employed) or self-employed considered.
