Responsibilities:

As Event Operations Supervisor, you will help ensure that the work environment is safe, happy, and productive by:

  • Supervising on-shift team members, assisting and following up on any issues incurred or queries raised.
  • Being there for our team members, offering support and encouragement where needed, and ensuring that they are happy in their department
  • Ensure proper equipment use and team conduct that is consistent with OH&S practices, departmental procedures, and brand standards.
  • Assisting your managers in ensuring timely completion of brand-required training, including the monthly Blue Energy Learning Conversations and job skills checklist for new starters.
  • Rewarding and encouraging your fellow team members for positive behavior and excellent results!
  • Work towards your replacement - identify, train, and develop so that you may build your career.
