The Role
As an Event Server/Bartender, you’ll play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences at KWENCH’s events. You’ll be responsible for serving guests during a variety of events, including weddings, dance parties, long table dinners, corporate functions, festivals, and more. Whether behind the bar or working the room, your ability to provide outstanding customer service will help make each event memorable. This is a casual position, for work primarily on weekends and evenings.
Main Duties

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with seating, and ensure they feel comfortable.
• Responding to Guest Requests: Handle any specific guest needs or special requests, such as dietary restrictions, additional beverages, or special accommodations.
• Maintaining Professionalism: Act courteously, attentively, and professionally, making sure guests have an enjoyable experience.
