JOB SUMMARY

As an Event Sales Executive in Event Sales, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities as Event Sales Executive include converting and retaining existing clientele in the various market segments for the purpose of selling corporate event services at Pan Pacific London, and assisting the Director of Events and Event Sales Managers in executing strategic plans to achieve and exceed the Annual Budget & Strategic M&E Goals. Your tasks as an Event Sales Executive will include but not be limited to:

  • Meet the Hotel and PPHG standards by functioning as a business partner with all areas of the hotel that are impacted by the M&E department.
  • Maintain quality and service standards when representing the Hotel.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Events and Event Sales Managers on decisions relating to Corporate Events, including but not limited to Pricing Strategy, Menu Strategy, Selling Strategy, and Contract Negotiations.
  • Co-ordinate the enquiry cycle from the enquiry to end of the the contracting stage, and handover to the planning team.
