Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales & Operations Manager to join our passionate team. This is a full-time salaried role focused on managing event inquiries, planning and delivering exceptional events.
You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, managing reservations, inbound groups, and private events—from initial inquiries to final execution. This role combines administrative precision, key events operational execution and a keen focus on client satisfaction, requiring experience in event management, coordination, and financial reporting.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing events and reservation inquiries, bookings, and guest communication.
- Coordinating all aspects of events from initial inquiry to final execution.
- Ensuring seamless communication with kitchen, floor teams, and management.
- Delivering financial reporting related to events.
- Training and mentoring event staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supporting the wider venue team during peak times and contributing to ticketed events.
