LOCATION: Calgary, AB
SHIFT DAYS: Thursday-Monday
SHIFT HOURS: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Must be flexible

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
  • Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze event reports to assess various aspects of the event.
  • Review the setup diagram in detail with the staff.
  • Assign specific duties and responsibilities to the setup team.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to set up staff during the event setup to ensure efficiency and adherence to plans.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure setups are completed as per standards and specifications
  • Cleaning and maintaining common rooms
  • Setting up tables and chairs for events
  • Read and understand set-up diagrams for events
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Able to use simple hand tools
  • Able to assemble and disassemble commercial desks on Campus
  • Able to change light bulbs of many different types
  • Able to assign tasks to team members and follow up
