- Work on venue sourcing for RFPs and awarded projects. Négotiation with suppliers Find the best options for the projectUnderstand the client’s needs and objectives
- Manage venue selection creatively and proactively
- Manage the complete offer in regards to all logistics and destination aspects
- Draft of the ppt recommendation and establishment of the relative budget
- Manage the selection of and negotiation with logistic service providers
- Participate to face to face and online client pitches
