Are you a detail-oriented and organised administration professional with exceptional time management skills? Can you think outside the box and see how every piece of a project comes together? If you excel in customer service and are always looking for ways to make processes more efficient, we want you to join our team as an Events Administrator.
Role Purpose: Your main goal will be to support the smooth running of HIA events and awards programs, ensuring each event is executed flawlessly.
What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with the Events & Partnership Manager to develop exciting new event opportunities. Your role will include:
- managing the Awards Program administration, from promoting and growing award entries to coordinating judging schedules and travel arrangements for judges.
- ensuring all member communications are handled with precision and care.
- facilitation of judging inductions and reviews, coordination of final judging, and production of plaques and certificates.
- facilitation of event promotion across various platforms, including email, social media, and our website, to maximise event attendance and engagement.
