Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, the United States and more!
Benevity is seeking an experienced Events and Experiences Specialist to create memorable events that elevate our brand and drive business results.
In this role, you’ll use your curiosity, critical thinking, and project management skills to play a key role in producing our highly-rated annual conference, Benevity Live!, and other events worldwide. If you’re a visionary who excels in both big-picture thinking and meticulous details, we’d love to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate balances business goals with thoughtful event design, possesses deep knowledge of event planning from BEOs to the latest trends, and will help us deliver exceptional events across Europe and North America.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Manage vendors and agencies, support content/agenda planning, coordinate volunteer opportunities and create unforgettable networking experiences.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners, venues, caterers, AV companies, printers, and promotions companies around the globe.
- Develop integrated event strategies and detailed plans to help increase brand awareness, generate leads, nurture relationships, and create positive client experiences.
- Create post-event surveys, manage post-event feedback, report on the impact for each event and use insights to plan and execute more effective events.
- Support the experience of our annual conference, Benevity Live!
