JOB SUMMARY:

Snap Fitness, a leading global fitness brand, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events and Marketing Executive. This role will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies, events, and business development initiatives to drive brand awareness, member engagement, collaborations, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, marketing, and business development within the fitness industry or a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, and business development, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute successful events, marketing campaigns, and business development strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of current fitness industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events, including member appreciation events, grand openings, fitness challenges, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure alignment with event themes and objectives.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  1. Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.) to promote Snap Fitness events and programs.
  • Create compelling content for promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Ensure all marketing materials and events align with Snap Fitness brand guidelines and standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, promoting the Snap Fitness mission and values.
  1. Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to foster community partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Represent Snap Fitness at community events to enhance brand visibility and member acquisition.
  1. Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media accounts, posting regular updates and engaging with followers to build an online community.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the Snap Fitness website and events.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand Snap Fitness’s market presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential corporate partners, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies for member acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  1. Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Foster strategic collaborations with fitness influencers, health professionals, and wellness brands to enhance Snap Fitness’s offerings and reach.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and long-term success.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, fitness trainers, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for events, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on the status of projects and campaigns.
