WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Reservations within the hospitality or events sector, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team to meet ambitious goals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and persuasive approach
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and strategies, with experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Proficiency in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to generate and analyse sales data
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends, and attend off-site meetings or events as required
- A positive, proactive approach with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities in line with hotel objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
