We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Events and Sponsorship Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of orchestrating a variety of high-profile corporate events, from electrifying product launches to exclusive sporting hospitality and captivating client social gatherings.
The role reports to our Chief Marketing Officer and offers a hybrid working arrangement within an incredible Sydney CBD office.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Forge Powerful Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier external partners.
  • VIP Suite Management: Take charge of our premium corporate suite at a leading sports stadium, ensuring every event is top-notch.
  • Master of Budgets: Skilfully plan and manage the events budget, maximising impact while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Event Extraordinaire: Design, organise, and deliver exceptional corporate events across Australia that leave lasting impressions.
  • Strategic Event Calendar: Develop and oversee an events calendar that aligns perfectly with our market segments and business goals.
  • Communication Maven: Craft and execute compelling event communication campaigns via Salesforce, keeping our audiences engaged with invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Collaborative Success: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure every event hits its strategic targets and delivers measurable ROI.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide detailed event reports to executives, showcasing the success and ROI of each initiative.
  • Creative Collateral: Prepare (in collaboration with our design team) stunning presentations, eye-catching signage, and promotional materials that elevate our events.
  • Seamless Operations: Manage all on-site event logistics, from setup to pack down, registration, and catering, ensuring a flawless experience.
  • Vendor Management: Source, assess, and coordinate with top-tier vendors, including caterers and AV providers, to guarantee event excellence.
