The Institute for Ethics in AI is a growing research institute and has an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join their friendly support team.
Working with the Events Manager and wider administrative team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of a high-quality events programme for the Institute. As part of this role, you will be supporting all aspects of administration, communication and facilities management for events.
You will be based at the Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin building until late 2025 when the Humanities Division moves to its new premises, The Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities in the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Oxford. There may be the possibility of occasional remote working.
