Description:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join the Rapport team in a stunning location with breathtaking views of Canary Wharf. You will be part of a diverse team across two nearby locations, opening up a world of learning and development possibilities. Our client is a prominent American multinational investment management and financial services firm that values excellence in service and care for its clients, customers, guests, and service partners.
Type of contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with hospitality, HR, and marketing teams for seamless guest management
  • Managing all event inquiries within the London Conference Centre and other event spaces
  • Assisting booking hosts in preparing, coordinating, and executing events to meet company standards and client expectations
  • Ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of events, including meetings and drink receptions
  • Building strong rapport with key stakeholders and vendors for smooth service delivery
  • Leveraging knowledge of the London Conference Centre to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Innovating and engaging the team with new ideas for enhancing service delivery at meetings and events
