Events Manager (Sports Event Agency)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (lead multiple end-to-end projects)
• 5-8 years of event management and related experience, large scale Event Management industry experience will be a plus
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Strong can-do attitude and target oriented mindset
• People person with good rapport building skill
• Love sports will be a merit
• Outdoor work is required from time to time

• Deliver and manage the projects that assigned by the management with agreed project framework
• Projects include events, campaign and various kind of marketing works
• Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Plan for the resources for effective project delivery manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs in order to meet budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage and develop the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders, serve as the point of contact
