REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in events management with a focus on trade shows.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 20%).
Responsibilities:
ROLE
PDW is looking for a dynamic Events Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our trade show and event marketing efforts. This position blends event planning, marketing strategy, logistics management, and relationship building to ensure PDW is well-represented at industry events. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align event strategies with our broader business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, setup, and teardown.
- Manage relationships with trade show organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee event deadlines, booth reservations, payments, attendee registration, and ensure all expenses stay within budget.
- Conduct post-show analyses to measure ROI and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to set clear event objectives, develop annual event calendars, and align branding for maximum impact.
- Handle event logistics, including shipments, travel, accommodations, and other necessities for successful execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding all event-related matters.
- Continuously seek new ideas and solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our event marketing efforts.
- Ordering and tracking marketing materials, products, and promotional content.
