With over 50 nationalities represented, Arendt is committed to the well-being of its staff, serving the best interests of its clients, protecting the environment, and supporting education.To replace a maternity leave in our Events team (Fixed term contract – 1 year), we are currently looking for an:Events officer (m/f)You will work in a dynamic environment and you will assist the team in the overall implementation of Arendt’s events strategy.Your role:Take care of the organisation of different type of events (on-site events, webinars, events abroad) – before, during and after;Manage relations with internal clients, internal and external providers and the Business Development, Marketing, Communications, & CRM teams;Prepare (writing, translating, proof reading) and distribute (use of dedicated IT tools) the invitations and other communications.Assist the team in the management of goodies and other material (orders, dispatch, stock management, new propositions,etc.)Assist the team in improving internal processes.Your profile:You have already worked in an events agency or in an events team within a company for at least 5 years.You are graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree;You have excellent oral and written communication skills;You combine excellent analytic and organisational skills with high curiosity and strong creativity;You are meticulous and pay attention to details;You are resistant to stress and able to work autonomously and with tight deadlines;You have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);You are fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).We offer:An entrepreneurial working environment giving priority to team work;A challenging role within a renowned organization;A multicultural environment where we promote diversity, talent & ideas;The ability to work and interact with a wide variety of specialists;Internal trainings and career development.Interested?If you are interested in this job opportunity, we are looking forward to receiving your application.All applications will be treated confidentially.#AMAbout ArendtArendt & Medernach (A&M) is dedicated to providing top-quality legal services.
