REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in events management, outreach and community relations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, combined with the ability to effectively set priorities and goals
• Collaborative team player with strong project and event management skills
• Confident, proactive and resourceful
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders of various levels

• Planning and developing effective and engaging outreach events
• Manage the outreach events life cycle
• Liaise with event organisers and vendors and logistics partners
• Manage and execute outreach events on-site to ensure smooth running of events and participate in outreach events.
• Update databases for outreach events and conduct post-event surveys and reporting to improve future outreach activities and achieve outreach objectives
• Work with the Management and curation of content for social media and traditional platforms
• Assist with the monitoring of social media channels to drive engagement and improvement responsiveness and professionalism to addressing inquiries
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, both online and offline to promote outreach initiatives.
• Adhoc tasks or projects as assigned by Management
