SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 3+ years in a mobile engineering or equivalent role working in agile teams
- Have experience with Swift, Kotlin or other mobile frameworks
- You’ll be an agile advocate and know the value in working in small iterations, reducing WIP, learning from experiments and seeing the value in DevOps principles
- You’ll be experienced with and an advocate for delivery techniques that reduce risk such as feature flagging and partial deploys
- Team player, must be able to work with others around them
- Demonstratable strong collaboration skills across product and engineering
- Demonstratable strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to both translate technical concepts to less technical audiences where required as well as manage expectations of different stakeholders
- Advocate for and default to collaborative programming techniques
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring more junior engineers around them
- Empathetic skills and ability to provide constructive and understandable feedback to others
- A natural curiosity and ability to problem solve

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development team code reviews providing constructive feedback to support the improvement of the wider code base.
- Participate actively in dev and tech team meetings.
- Carry out demos/presentations of new functionality.
- Actively research and engage with new technology applicable to Everwell’s mobile apps and seek to implement improvements.
- Development of EverWell’s mobile applications by the additional of new features and functionality.
- Provide technical advice and feedback to the Product team on the design and implementation of new features
- Maintenance of EverWell’s mobile applications including bug fixes and smaller BAU enhancements.
- Providing support as and when neede
