As the Everyday Banking Specialist, you will work with and support high-value customers nationally. In this role, you will pro-actively connect with Premier customers outbound, with the focus and drive of building advocacy, servicing, retention and growing by identifying opportunities to support our customers financial objectives. The Everyday Banking Specialist will provide specialist and critical support to Premier customers who have a range of banking needs and also uncover further needs for our Premier customers through detailed conversations.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Focus on further share of wallet through understanding customer needs under a relationship model which focuses heavily on growth and retention across a full suite of NAB services.
- Provide in depth knowledge of NAB’s offering to help valued clients achieve their financial goals and needs.
- Complete customer term deposit maturities to support the retention of Premier Customers.
- Work closely with specialist areas to refer clients with more sophisticated needs.
- Build NPS through outstanding customer service and end-to-end ownership of customer interactions.
